Supervision Services for Psychotherapists and Mental Health Professionals

Updated: Feb 19

This page provides information about the supervision services I offer for therapists.

What is Supervision?

Supervision is a learning space where therapists can enhance their clinical skills and provide safe, high-quality sessions for their clients.

As part of the supervision process, session videos may be reviewed when appropriate to deepen clinical understanding. These materials are handled with the utmost confidentiality, and no personal information or case details are ever shared without the client’s explicit consent.

My Supervision Approach:

I offer supervision services for therapists and mental health professionals seeking to deepen their understanding and application of AEDP® psychotherapy and/or Focusing-Oriented Psychotherapy. My supervision approach provides a safe, supportive, and experiential learning environment where you can develop your clinical skills, build confidence, and explore your growth as a therapist.

Who Can Benefit:

  • Therapists interested in experiential and relational approaches, including AEDP® and/or Focusing.

  • Mental health professionals working with trauma, emotional processing, felt-sense processing, and self-compassion.

  • Clinicians who want to integrate cultural sensitivity into their practice. I am mindful of how cultural, racial, and gender dynamics shape therapeutic work and support clinicians in exploring these essential layers of client experiences.

What to Expect in Supervision:

  • A collaborative and compassionate space focused on undoing aloneness in the learning process.

  • Case consultation with attention to affective resonance, relational dynamics, and the transformational processes of AEDP® psychotherapy.

  • Experiential learning through video review, role-plays, and discussion of clinical material.

  • Support in developing your authentic therapeutic style while deepening theoretical and practical understanding.

About My Role as an AEDP® Supervisor-in-Training [Important Update: January 2026]:

Currently, I provide supervision as an AEDP® Supervisor-in-Training (SiT). Under the new AEDP Institute guidelines updated in January 2026, up to 10 hours of supervision received from me can now be immediately counted toward your formal AEDP® certification requirements.

I am here to support you in making this a fruitful and enriching process as you deepen your AEDP® training.

(Please note: Once I officially become a Certified AEDP® Supervisor, all remaining supervision hours we have accumulated together during this period will also be fully applied toward your certification requirements.)
